Herbalism
As a life-long gardener, I know that plants have personalities as well as a loving spirit which wants to help us human beings heal and balance, if they are asked with respect and presence.
As an herbal apprentice, beginning in 2016 I have studied with the Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine. I am enrolled in the Herbal Medicine Making Course, the Herbal Immersion Course, and the Foraging Course. In 2017, I embarked on a local apprenticeship with the masterful and experienced herbalist Lea Clayton, who has a beautiful herb farm near Saxapahaw and an herbal business called Green Heart Herbs. The world of herbs is a vast one, and I have so enjoyed the learning experience.

In my Three Streams Wellness Herbalism practice, I work with teas, tinctures, salves, oils, and aromatherapy to support acute and long-term care relief. I will collaborate with you, by donation only, working with tinctures, oils, and bulk herbs.

Plants can help us at every level of our being.
