Through decades of work with and through my spiritual path with many guides helping me along the way, I have reached a place of a deep reverence and respect for the necessity of being able to reach a connection with a larger and more comprehensive view of Reality than the one material society offers, and I believe this larger picture, and/or we could say, greater Being, holds us forever in love, understanding, and patience.

This spiritual work informs, deepens, and empowers our clearing and balancing of the body, mind, and emotions.

I love working with people within the spiritual realm to refine what they need and want as a spiritual path and to suggest and guide methods and approaches.

I have trained extensively in the field of mindfulness meditation since 1985, and I am a long term student of the western Sufism of Hazrat Inayat Khan, which became the platform for the Dances of Universal Peace of the Sufi Ruhaniat International.  I received my Religious Studies degree from UNC in 1995, focusing on independent study in Taoism and Christian Mysticism.  I am a certified dance leader and mentor, a guide for students, a healing conductor, and an interfaith minister within this umbrella. I received my yoga instructor certificate with the North Carolina School of Yoga in 2002, and I have been a student of yoga since 1974. I also have background in Christian mysticism, the Goddess path, the healing power of the drum, the Tarot, shamanistic journeying, and Taoism.
